Your role

As a Telephone Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for acquiring, retaining, and developing customers over the phone to maintain and grow profitable revenue. You’ll manage a portfolio of existing and potential customers, converting leads into loyal clients while achieving individual sales targets.

What you’ll do
  • Manage a portfolio of customers via regular call cycles.
  • Convert prospect leads into customers, focusing on those with maximum revenue potential.
  • Establish customer agreements and apply pricing guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate customer information in our systems.
  • Promote e-commerce tools and cost-effective sales channels.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, security, and customs regulations.
