Join our dynamic team as a Technology Recruitment Specialist where you will play a crucial role in sourcing top talent for our world-class technology organization. This position offers an exciting opportunity to impact the growth of a company with a strong market reputation.

Job Responsibilities
  • Act as a recruitment subject matter expert to design and develop meaningful recruiting strategies based on your understanding of the complex market.
  • Support candidates through the recruitment journey end to end
  • Serve as the contact for lateral recruiting for HR Business Partners Compensation and other HR Specialists for Technology in London.
  • Share knowledge of competitor institutions and present market data to clients to inform hiring decisions.
  • Partner with sourcing experts to maximise sourcing capabilities and candidate pools
  • Respond to ad-hoc requests from global recruiting leads and senior HR partners; collaborate with team leads to deliver staffing initiatives and reports.
Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills
  • In-house recruitment experience for high-tech roles in a fast-paced environment.
  • 360 recruitment experience
  • Ability to develop creative and diverse sourcing strategies
  • Solid project management and reporting skills with the ability to manage complex situations and multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication organization negotiation and presentation skills including the ability to effectively influence senior management.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to establish strong relationships with candidates hiring managers JPMC HR colleagues.
  • Strong knowledge of candidate tracking employment systems and processes.
Preferred Qualifications Capabilities and Skills
  • Experience in recruiting for technology roles across multiple locations within EMEA.
  • Familiarity with the Glasgow Technology Hub and its operations.
  • Proven track record in managing senior stakeholder relationships.
