A leading vocational institute in the UK seeks a Technician in Automotive to support student learning in a safe environment. Responsibilities include organising workspace areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety, and preparing materials for practical sessions. The ideal candidate will possess relevant qualifications and experience in fabrication and welding, and will be committed to safeguarding students. The role offers a salary of £23,840 FTE per annum with 37 hours of work weekly.

Working Hours: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
Salary: £23,840 FTE per annum
Annual Leave: 31 days per annum (excluding bank holidays and up to 3 additional discretionary days over the Christmas/New Year period)
As our Technician in Automotive, you will support student learning and provide a safe working environment for students, preparing equipment and materials for students within the practical workspace environment, and maintain stock and stores in an efficient manner.
