Overview

Technical Surveyor needed in Catford, London.

The rate is £25.00ph PAYE.

This is a temporary role.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will make technical recommendations and manage inspections of properties and communal areas for inclusion into a leasing scheme.

They will carry out inspections of dwellings and advise on methods of repairs and adaptation, and provide technical temporary accommodation team regarding repairs and maintenance of stock. They will issue works orders and ensure efficient cost control, and carry out supervision of all works as they proceed and on completion, and instruct contractors to remedy any defects as appropriate.
