Overview

Enso Recruitment is delighted to be working exclusively with a scaling SaaS start up in Northern Ireland, who are seeking a Technical Support Analyst/Engineer to join their growing operation.

This isn’t like any other Technical Support position, as this position will enable you grow alongside the company, becoming more technical and gaining increased responsibility and opportunity as the position progresses. There are opportunities to move into Software Engineering, Database Management or Customer Success beyond this position.

This position can be worked fully remote across Northern Ireland.

The Role
  • Provide technical support to both internal and external teams utilising the platform.
  • Troubleshoot issues and guide users through cloud-based solutions.
  • Work closely with Product Engineering teams to continuing the advancement of the solution.
  • Document and escalate complex technical issues.
The Person
  • A strong technical background with drive to further build your technical knowledge.
  • 1+ year experience as in Technical Support or Software Engineering.
  • Curious mindset and willingness to understand the root cause of problems.
  • Strong communication skills with both external and internal teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cloud first start-up environment.
