Overview

At Klipboard we have introduced a flexible hybrid work policy where employees spend three days in the office and two days working from home. Klipboard provides specialist software, services and support to deliver fully integrated trading and business management solutions to companies in the distributive trade – wherever they are in the world.

Responsibilities
  • Define and communicate a compelling product vision, leveraging AI and automation.
  • Identify opportunities in aftermarket workflows such as supply chain optimisation, ecommerce, and data insights.
  • Collaborate with product teams to prioritise a roadmap spanning multiple squads and manage backlogs across teams, balancing features, maintenance, technical debt, and security.
  • Sequence work to maximise value and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Write clear user stories with acceptance criteria covering functional, technical, and security needs and work with development and QA on test plans and release readiness.
  • Facilitate estimation sessions and plan balanced sprints, monitor progress, remove blockers, and uphold quality and timelines.
  • Provide updates on progress, risks, and dependencies and engage customers and GTM teams to validate priorities and align releases.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and standards‑based integrations while balancing feature delivery with security hardening and platform resilience.
  • Use product and agile metrics to guide priorities, measure impact, experiment, learn fast, and iterate for high‑impact outcomes.
  • Coach and support team members, share best practices, and act as a Klipboard Business Champion to contribute to an inclusive culture.
Qualifications
  • 4+ years in Product Management within SaaS, ERP, or enterprise software.
  • Practical exposure to agentic AI concepts and applying AI in enterprise workflows.
  • Proficiency in Azure DevOps or Jira, Aha!, and diagramming tools (Miro, Lucidchart, draw.io) for roadmaps, flows, and architecture.
  • Strong Agile delivery across Scrum/Kanban; Prince2 Practitioner or similar is a plus.
  • Excellent stakeholder management across engineering, data, security, and GTM.
  • Comfortable working within standards‑based, regulated enterprise environments.
  • Domain knowledge (Nice to have): automotive aftermarket software such as Autopart, Autocat cataloguing, garage management, or ecommerce platforms (B2B & B2C); electronic parts catalogues and standards like Autocat, TecDoc, ACES, or PIES.
