The Role

As Technical Project Manager, you’ll manage a diverse range of live event projects, from initial client brief through to on‑site delivery and post‑event follow‑up. Working alongside a talented team of Project Managers, you’ll take ownership of multiple projects varying in scale, complexity, and lead time – all aligned to your skills and ambitions.

Responsibilities
  • Client liaison and management
  • Leading client discussions from brief to delivery
  • Preparing specifications and agreeing budgets
  • Acting as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams
  • Translating briefs into detailed technical specifications and quotes
  • Selecting appropriate equipment from stock or sourcing externally where needed
  • Managing audio, visual, lighting, rigging, and IT systems for events
  • Overseeing logistics, including crew booking, scheduling, and site coordination
  • Supporting the creative aspects of each project, ensuring technical delivery aligns with clients’ visions
  • Managing on‑site activity during rig, live operation, and de‑rig
  • Leading post‑event reviews and gathering feedback for continuous improvement
  • Maintaining strong client relationships to encourage future bookings and referrals

  • Organised, detail‑oriented and adaptable under pressure
  • A customer‑focused mindset with commercial awareness
  • Full UK driving licence (required)
  • Flexibility to travel and occasional overnight stays may be required depending on event schedules
