The Technical Production Supervisor is responsible for assembling, testing, and troubleshooting optical networking products in a production environment. This role will also include supervisory responsibilities for the production operations team. This hands-on role ensures all components and finished goods meet quality and performance standards through the use of optical test equipment and standardized procedures. In their supervisory capacity this role will be responsible for oversight of the transceiver programming, testing and shipping operations. The Technical Production Supervisor will set priorities and align resources for order fulfillment and ensure that test equipment and procedures are available for the production team. Ideal candidates will have experience working with fiber optics, precision testing tools, and a strong attention to detail.
In return we offer a salary ranging from £45K - £63k depending on levels of experience, a discretionary bonus scheme as well as 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays).
