Technical Operations Manager (Manufacturing)

Ideally Located: Glasgow, Bellshill, Cambuslang, Coatbridge, East Kilbride, Motherwell, Rutherglen, etc

Are you an Operations Manager with a technical background, looking to take full autonomy of a fast-paced manufacturing facility where you can greatly influence the production and growth of a large organisation.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role within a highly specialist, industry-leading manufacturer, where you will lead operations across the site and be a central part of the senior leadership team.

The company are international leaders in their industries and have cemented themselves as the go to supplier for companies all over the globe. They are now looking for an Operations Manager to aid their expansion plans.

You will be responsible for leading the Operations department ensuring safe, efficient and reliable site operations whilst driving continuous improvement of a Manufacturing facility.

This role would suit an Operations Manager with a background in Engineering or Process Engineering, looking to take the next step of their career in an autonomous and rewarding role.
