Responsibilities

• Supervising the security team, providing exceptional first line manned guarding and customer service to all court users.
• Ensuring compliance with all identified legislation, i.e. H&S, SIA Licensing & Risk Assessments.
• Ensuring that all duties are carried out in an honest, ethical, and professional manner, including the monitoring of premises, CCTV and search channels.
• Being a point of contact for any security issues within the complex, and recording and reporting details of those incidents.
• Covering duty manager shifts on weekends on rotation.
• Managing team rotas and the Timegate system.

Qualifications

• Must have Right to Work in the UK.
• An enhanced DBS and BS7858 security clearance will be completed for the successful candidate.
• SIA Licence and relevant security related experience.
