Job Profile: Our client is a rapidly expanding national firm of loss adjusters seeking to strengthen its management team with at least one additional Technical Manager. You can live anywhere within the UK. The role involves mentoring and developing technical adjusters, providing the technical overview of reporting, managing client relationships, and handling a small challenging caseload of major and complex losses. This is a genuine opportunity for individuals to take up an initial senior management role that could quickly lead to a Directorship.
