Overview

Our client is a rapidly expanding national firm of loss adjusters seeking to further develop its management team through the appointment of at least one additional Technical Manager. You can live anywhere within the UK and will be responsible for the mentoring and development of technical adjusters, the technical overview of reporting, the control and improvement of client relationships and for handling a small challenging caseload of major & complex losses. This is a genuine opportunity for individuals to take up an initial senior management role that could quickly lead to a Directorship.

Qualifications
  • Applicants ideally A/FCILA qualified with management experience and technical expertise of domestic and commercial property losses.
  • Demonstrated ambition to progress to Director level.
  • Willingness to travel nationally as required by the role.
Remuneration

Basic salary could exceed £80,000 plus profit share/bonus, car allowance, pension, private medical care and 25 days holiday.
