Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer-facing technical role within food manufacturing/Fresh Produce.
• Understanding of BRC, HACCP, and TACCP.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support the Technical Director to achieve quality and compliance objectives.
• Act as contact for customer technical queries and audits.
• Oversee supplier approval and compliance documentation.
• Conduct supplier visits to ensure adherence to standards.
