Our client, a well-established RBCA in the HTP sector, is currently seeking a Technical Manager or Director to head up the technical offices for two of their Southern locations. The successful candidate will support a team of up to 10 people and manage all technical issues and scenarios related to ongoing projects. This is a permanent position that offers a competitive salary and professional growth opportunities.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and managing technical teams across two Southern offices
  • Overseeing all technical aspects of current projects
  • Providing expert guidance on Building Control and technical issues
  • Supporting and developing team members to achieve project goals
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency in all technical operations


Job Requirements:

  • Experience in the HTP sector with a focus on Building Control
  • Strong technical skills and understanding of relevant regulations
  • Class F and higher classification, along with Class 4 registration
