Technical Manager, East London. This luxury residential developer is seeking an experienced Technical Manager to join the technical team on this iconic project. The project is part of one of the tallest residential buildings in London, incorporating high quality architecture and promoting sustainable high-rise living.

A remuneration of £78K-£85K plus package is on offer depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver all technical information on the project from inception to completion while supporting the project management team.
• Proactively manage external design consultants.
• Act as a clear and effective communicator, adapting to each audience to ensure mutual understanding.
• Contribute to project administration and organisational tasks as required.

Qualifications

• HNC/HND qualified or equivalent in Construction Management or another design-related topic.
• Experience of residential planning is essential.
• Detailed knowledge of Building Regulations; strong project administration and organisational skills.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic.

Candidate profile

• This role would suit Senior Technical/Design Coordinators looking to take the next step, or an existing Technical/Design Manager working for another inner London developer.
• Design managers from contractors working on high-rise commercial or hotel projects, as well as confident delivery architects with residential experience, will also be considered.
