Responsibilities
  • Deliver technical training on agricultural machinery to dealer staff across the UK
  • Create and update engaging course materials, including blended and virtual learning resources
  • Support qualification pathways and learner progression within the dealer network
  • Attend international training forums to contribute to global curriculum development
  • Continuously improve teaching quality through learner feedback and peer observation
  • Promote safeguarding, equality, and inclusion across all learning environments
Desirable Skillset
  • Strong background in agricultural engineering
  • Level 3 qualification (or higher) in agricultural engineering or a related discipline
  • Confidence in delivering both practical and theory-based sessions
  • Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and transmission systems
  • Willingness to travel within the UK and occasionally to Europe for training
  • Teaching qualification (or willingness to undertake one)
