A technology training provider based in Birmingham is looking for a Digital Support Technician. You will answer support calls on the helpdesk, address support issues, and escalate as necessary. This role is part of an apprenticeship program with flexible working hours. Candidates with a Full UK Driving License are preferred. You will be expected to answer log support calls on our helpdesk. Tackle support issues and/or escalate the support to the appropriate team.
Full UK Driving License desirable.
