Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering PPM/reactive programmes and managing KPIs and SLAs.
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary engineering teams in a technical environment.
• Strong understanding of SFG20, CDM, compliance, and HSE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver the PPM and reactive maintenance programme.
• Lead and manage a team of six shift engineers.
• Act as the primary contact for site stakeholders.
