About the Role

As a Technical Engagement Manager , you will oversee the successful delivery of data management and analytics engagements across diversified industries such as Travel, Retail, Business Services, and Utilities . You’ll partner with clients to identify growth opportunities, manage end-to-end project delivery, and ensure alignment with business objectives and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive account growth and identify new opportunities in data management , analytics , and digital transformation .
• Build trusted advisor relationships with senior client executives.
• Lead project teams (5–20 members) and manage budgets, timelines, and stakeholder communications.
• Conduct business reviews and articulate measurable business value.
• Collaborate with internal teams for resource planning, risk mitigation, and performance improvement.

What We’re Looking For

• Education : Bachelor’s / Master’s in Business or IT, or equivalent experience.
• Experience : 10+ years in diversified industries (Travel, Retail, Utilities, etc.).
• 10+ years in BI / DW implementations and enterprise data management .
• 3+ years in technical architecture or project management .
• Strong knowledge of data integration , SQL , business intelligence tools , and project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Expertise in Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Governance .
• Exposure to sales / pre-sales activities.
• Deep understanding of software development lifecycles and estimation techniques.
