Job summary

A leading AI solutions company is seeking a hands-on Technical Enablement Engineer to enable teams in the successful adoption of AI technologies. In this hybrid role, you'll support internal teams in building AI agents and tools, run training sessions, produce documentation, and assist with integration testing. Ideal candidates will have recent experience with Python, .NET, or Java, and strong communication and facilitation skills. This role is pivotal in scaling AI adoption within the organization.

Technical Enablement Engineer - £500 Inside IR35 - Hybrid
Overview

This is a hands‑on technical enablement role focused on helping teams across the organization successfully plug into the AI mesh. The role combines practical engineering skills with strong communication and facilitation, enabling teams to build, test, and deploy their first AI agents using established patterns and tooling.

The individual will play a key role in scaling AI adoption by supporting early development, running enablement activities, and providing clear guidance on how to build and integrate agents.

Responsibilities
  • Support internal teams in building their first AI agents and tools using defined patterns and frameworks.
  • Run enablement activities such as training sessions, developer clinics, and hackathons.
  • Produce clear, accessible documentation and onboarding materials.
  • Assist with early‑stage integration testing and help unblock developers during initial builds.
  • Act as a point of contact for teams adopting the AI mesh, leading technical conversations independently.
Profile
  • Hands‑on engineer with strong communication and facilitation skills.
  • Recent experience working with Python, .NET, or Java (broad experience is acceptable; deep specialization is not required).
  • Self‑starter who is comfortable leading discussions and engaging stakeholders without close supervision.
  • Motivated by scaling adoption and enabling other engineering teams to succeed.
