Job description

Technical Coordinator – £50-55k + Package – North West London

A technical coordinator is urgently required for a highly successful developer operating in North London. The sites will be varied, including flats, townhouses, RC Frames, and various unit types, ranging from 60-200 units. The developer works throughout North London and the Northern Home Counties.

You will report to the Technical Manager and will be responsible for:

  1. Assisting the Technical Manager in development programme preparation.
  2. Briefing, managing, and driving external consultants in the preparation, issuance, and approval of construction and sales/conveyance information, in conjunction with the Technical Manager.
  3. Attending site progress meetings and conducting site inspections.
  4. Reviewing and producing development cost schedules monthly and agreeing on actions with the Technical Manager.
  5. Coordinating and liaising between internal and external parties.
  6. Responding to site queries and resolving technical or construction issues.
  7. Reviewing value engineering and enhancement opportunities, focusing on show home delivery.
