Qualifications

We’re now looking for an experienced Technical Coordinator to join our team. If you enjoy balancing technical knowledge with client‑facing coordination — and like being the person who makes things run smoothly — this could be the role for you.

What You’ll Be Doing (And Why It Matters)
  • Act as a central point of contact for national clients, handling day‑to‑day queries, technical advice, and contract administration
  • Accept and manage client work orders, including scheduling, site access arrangements, and progress reporting
  • Produce site‑ and job‑specific risk assessments and method statements
  • Provide clear technical advice and guidance on asbestos and other hazardous materials
  • Manage internal and external software platforms, ensuring NexGen and related systems are accurately maintained
  • Monitor performance to ensure SLAs are met and KPIs are achieved
  • Carry out report quality checks, ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Support financial administration, including invoicing and general WIP management
  • Attend client meetings and system training sessions when required (some travel involved)
  • Ensure all client requests are handled efficiently, professionally, and on time

In short: trusted coordination that keeps clients confident and delivery on track.
