• Membership with RIBA / ARB or CIAT required.
• Experience with construction stages and compliance management.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction stages to ensure compliance.

Skills

RIBA / ARB or CIAT membership

Technical detailing experience (Stage 4)

Knowledge of UK building regulations
