Job summary

A leading IT Consultancy is seeking a Technical Architect for a hybrid role in the United Kingdom. This initial 3-month contract involves managing MPN Delivery, troubleshooting network issues, and producing technical documentation. Candidates must possess excellent knowledge in delivering network designs and have strong customer engagement skills. Security clearance is essential, with prior high-level clearance being advantageous. The role includes travel to client sites in Suffolk and London.

Job description

Our client is looking for a Technical Architect to work on an initial 3 month contract. This would be a hybrid role with travel to Suffolk and London included. The position is Outside IR35 and an active SC Clearance would be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage/support/technical authority for customer MPN Delivery
• Technical lead and participate in the delivery of MPN
• Troubleshoot and remediate network connectivity during testing across environments
• Collaborate with relevant internal/external parties where & when required
• Travel to customer sites for meetings as necessary
• Produce appropriate Migration documentation

Skill set and experience

• Customer engagement and interaction skills
• Ability to generate quality documentation
• Excellent knowledge of delivering network designs, IP-VPN, Cloud connectivity, Mobile Connectivity Solutions
• Excellent knowledge of LAN & WIFI knowledge
• Excellent knowledge of TCP/IP and routing.
• it would be general networking, LAN, WAN, MERAKI, WAN to LAN integration, QoS along with general access and security controls.
