Technical Account Manager (Air Con / HVAC / Refrigeration)

Salary: up to £55,000 + 15% Bonus (£8,250) + £5,400 Car Allowance / Company Vehicle (EV Available) + Full Industry Technical Training + 33 Days Holiday rising to 36 Days Holiday + Private Pension + Income Protection + Life Insurance + Private Medical + £300 Gym Allowance Per Year.

Fully Remote: 4 days a month meeting customers, covering the South East UK, commutable from Crawley, Worthing, Farnborough, Reading, Berkshire, Maidstone and surrounding areas.

The role:

• Home based, visiting customers when required to build relationships
• Focusing on Account Management and developing previous customers
• Full OEM Product Training within a close‑knit team
• Monday to Thursday 8:30am‑5:30pm, Friday 8:30am‑4:30pm

The Person:

• Ability to speak to customers on a commercial level
• Technical, Engineering or Mechanical understanding
