The AWS Network Design and Deployment (NIDD) team is searching for a passionate and talented Technical Infrastructure Program Manager (TIPM) to drive Data Center and Network Capacity planning. You will assess the demand requirements along with available network resources to determine and drive prime solutions for our customers, work with stakeholders to complete prerequisites necessary to deliver critical networking capacity, lead programs to improve infrastructure resource utilization and availability, and collaborate with teams across the ADC Organization to effectively plan and deliver data center capacity.

About the team – The NIDD team oversees the design and deployment of cable infrastructure within ADC regions. This includes milestone review, comment issuance, and ensuring accuracy and efficiency. NIDD planning also assesses partner team designs to ensure compliance with AWS and customer requirements, focusing on cabling pathways, sizing, location, type, classification, and installation. The team provides telecom room designs, including sizing and power for various rooms, as well as user‑outlet designs. The role involves coordinating meetings with partner teams to clarify ownership for delivering connectivity, working with multiple design/construction and networking teams.
