Responsibilities
  • Management of the end to end recruitment process
  • Talent attraction and candidate generation
  • Candidate management ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Facilitation and administration of assessments
  • Maintaining and updating our ATS (Workday)
  • Ensuring the recruitment process is compliant and meets company policy standards
What You\'ll Bring
  • Proven experience in Tech & Data recruitment, with a hands-on approach to sourcing and assessing candidates
  • Strong understanding of the Tech talent market, with the ability to translate complex briefs into effective search strategies
