About the role

We're looking for Team Members to join us! As a Team Member, you'll provide fast and friendly service to our customers, make sure the shop is clean and tidy, and prepare our much-loved products. We serve our customers across a number of different channels; in-shop, delivery, Click + Collect and drive thru. You\'ll play a key part in making sure customers have a brilliant experience when shopping with us - whether they order in store or order their food online.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast and friendly service to customers and ensure a positive experience across in-shop, delivery, Click + Collect and drive-thru channels.
• Keep the shop clean and tidy and prepare Greggs products to standard.
• Support operations to deliver a great customer experience in a fast-paced environment.
