A healthcare trust in the UK is seeking a Team Manager to lead the Somerset Team for Early Psychosis. You will ensure high-quality patient care, manage operational tasks, and supervise a multidisciplinary team. This role requires a full driving license and vehicle access for county-wide service delivery. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and dynamic multidisciplinary team, providing care to patients with at-risk mental states and first episode psychosis. The Somerset Team for Early Psychosis (STEP) delivers services countywide through a hub-and-spoke model. As Team Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational leadership and management of the team, ensuring delivery of high-quality care in line with agreed objectives and Trust standards. Alongside the Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will provide clinical leadership, supervision, and support to staff, while also maintaining a small clinical caseload. A full driving licence and access to a vehicle with appropriate business insurance is required, as the role covers the whole county.
