Key duties of the job

As Team Manager, you’ll lead with empathy and vision, fostering a culture rooted in recovery, strengths-based support, and rights-based practice. You’ll guide your team to deliver flexible, creative interventions that empower individuals to maintain independence and thrive in their communities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing visible, accessible leadership and real-time performance management.

Payment and progression

This post attracts a welcome payment of 5% of the starting salary for the grade to enable individuals to join our permanent workforce. This is payable upon successful completion of your probationary period and is subject to eligibility criteria.
