Team Manager - Westminster (Temporary, 3 Months)

£20.62 per hour (incl. holiday pay) | 37.5 hours per week | Mon‑Fri (9‑5 or 10‑6)

We're seeking a motivated Team Manager to lead an intensive, short‑term support service for individuals who are rough sleeping and often have no clear local connection. Based in Westminster, this role is key to ensuring vulnerable clients receive trauma‑informed, outcome‑focused support that helps them move on swiftly and safely.

In this role, you will:

• Lead, supervise and manage a team of 6 Complex Needs Project Workers, plus Locum and Night Staff
• Guide staff in supporting clients with complex needs, including immigration, health and housing
• Oversee reconnection and resettlement pathways
• Ensure assessments, support plans and move‑on preparations are completed efficiently
• Monitor caseloads, performance, risk and safeguarding
• Build effective relationships with local boroughs and partner agencies
• Support the Regional Manager with budgeting and monitoring service spend
