We’re looking for an experienced, inspiring Residential Team Leader to join one of our Ofsted-registered Therapeutic Children’s Homes in Crewe.

At Homes for Support, you’ll be part of a growing team that provides nurturing, trauma-informed care to children and young people aged 5–18 with emotional and behavioural needs.

As a key member of our leadership team, you’ll guide and support your colleagues while creating safe, structured environments where children can thrive.

  • Supporting education, routines, and emotional development
  • Promoting life skills – cooking, budgeting, independence
  • Leading shifts, supervising colleagues, and role modelling best practice
  • Supporting home operations – logs, reports, and regulatory compliance
  • Working closely with families, social workers, and external partners

Shift Pattern
