About Us

HM Courts & Tribunals Service (HMCTS) administers criminal, civil, and family Courts and Tribunals in England and Wales. We support our service users and colleagues within HMCTS, enabling people and businesses to access potentially life-changing justice.

Your Role

Leading your team, you will focus on the team's area of work, prioritizing and organizing tasks, and ensuring your team is fully skilled to meet objectives. As an effective Team Leader, you recognize the importance of the team's overall wellbeing and can motivate your team to succeed.

You will contribute to delivering operational, performance, and service standard targets, providing statistical data for the management team and judiciary. Your keen eye for detail and desire for continuous improvement are key to your success.
