Salary: £13 per hour

Responsibilities
  • As a Team Leader it will be your duty to oversee the day to day running of the service. This will include supporting the staff team and the people supported.
  • There will be a requirement to cover sleep in sessions. You will be paid an additional £60 per sleep in.
  • As a Team Leader you will be required to be part of the On Call rota for the service. You will be paid an additional £10 per session.
  • Your role will support Independent Living services that provide flexible, client-driven care, health and inclusion support for people with a wide range of needs and living situations.

Their Independent Living specialises in providing flexible, client-driven approach to care, health and inclusion requirements for people with a wide range of needs and living situations. Whether support is needed for an hour or two, or up to 24 hours a day, they help people to get the most out of life and their local community. This service, which embraces homecare, accessing local activities, community support and day services, supports all ages from late teens to elderly people.
