LOCATION: Birmingham
HOURS: Full time
WORKING PATTERN: Two days per week (or 40% of your time) at our Colmore Row office.

We’re offering an exciting opportunity to lead a growing and evolving team focused on high-potential Business Banking clients within BCB. With recent investment into the proposition, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping its future and driving growth.
As Team Leader, you’ll lead a team of Specialist Business Managers, guiding them through complex client conversations to rebuild trust, understand ambitions, and deliver tailored support. You’ll play a key role in integrating a growing operating model, extending the entire bank to our clients while upholding robust risk discipline.
