Day Shift | Full Time, Permanent | Wolverhampton - WV2
Monday - Thursday, 06:00 - 14:00 & Friday, 06:00 - 13:00
(39 hours per week, site based)

As a company, we continue to invest in our manufacturing facilities, including the latest plant, equipment, & automation such as robotic welding systems, automatic laser cutting, & CAD/CAM technology.
We are looking for an organised, proactive, & hands‑on Team Leader to support daily operations across our Flooring Fabrication team. Not only will you act as a point of guidance for your team - ensuring priorities are met, targets achieved, & a safe, efficient working environment is upheld, but you will also take a hands‑on, practical approach to leading by example.
This role would be ideal for someone with strong fabrication experience, excellent communication skills, & the ability to guide a team to deliver high quality results.
