Job Overview

Alliance Personnel are currently recruiting for production team leader to join one of their clients based in Birmingham, B66 area.

Primary Responsibilities

A shop floor based role to take responsibility of all the daily production issues in order to ensure the highest quality and customer service at the lowest cost.

Responsibilities & Duties
  • To be responsible for the assigned production area, staff and equipment.
  • To be responsible for driving and achieving the daily production plan.
  • To be responsible for driving and achieving the daily productivity targets.
  • To be responsible for maintaining the highest hygiene and housekeeping standards.
  • To develop a culture of continuous improvement of quality and service.
Skills and Attributes
  • Strong observation, organisational and communication skills.
  • A natural production driver.
  • Strong sense of responsibility.
  • Must have proven team leader experience within a food manufacturing environment.
  • Must be responsible, committed and positive.
Shift

7:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday

Salary

Up to £15.70 per hour (including bonuses)

20 days holiday
