A renowned care organization in Newcastle seeks a dedicated Team Leader to provide compassionate support to individuals with learning disabilities and autism. You will lead and mentor a team, ensuring high-quality care and compliance with safety standards. The position offers a competitive salary of £26,780 per annum plus on-call payments, along with various employee perks including bonuses and training opportunities.
Join Our Team as a Team Leader – Make a Real Difference
Location: Newcastle & Gateshead (UK drivers licence holder with access to a vehicle for work purposes)
Salary: £26,780 per annum + up to £2,600 through on-call payments
On-Call: £2,600 per annum (rotational basis, including weekends)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, typically 9am–5pm Monday to Friday (flexibility required to meet service needs)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
