A care support organization in Solihull is looking for a passionate Team Leader to enhance the quality of life for the people supported. You will manage daily operations, support staff, and help individuals gain independence. Previous experience and a Level 3 in Health & Social Care are required. Team Leader - Solihull - Salary starts at £26,735!
Typical Shifts are: 7:30-2:30, 2:30-9:30pm
Must have a Valid FULL UK driving licence and be willing to drive our vehicles.
