Are you a passionate team leader looking for an exciting new opportunity?

My client provides a therapeutic environment dealing with EBD behaviours for children and young people ages 6-18. They provide educational support and therapeutic care in children's homes with a good Ofsted rating in Lancashire. They are looking for a dedicated team leader to join their established team in one of their 3 or 4 bed homes. To oversee and provide support to all residential care workers and assigned members of staff, raising any issues with the Registered Manager as appropriate are some of the key responsibilities in this role.

About You
