Contract: Initially to 6 months with possibility to become permanent

Hours: guaranteed weekly hours of 32 over 4 days – to be agreed

Location: Salford Priors, Worcestershire

About the role

The purpose of this role is to ensure efficient daily packing of produce on nominated line.

About you

You will have previous supervisory experience within a packhouse and the ability to communicate effectively in English and with a multilingual workforce, developing and maintaining robust stakeholder relationships. You will also be a team player, able to prioritise you own and the workload of others with the flexibility to work various days and hours to meet business requirements.
