Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day line management of a team of up to six direct reports.
• Manage workload, performance, absence, and annual leave.
• Ensure accurate data entry and referral management.

Skills

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Outlook, Word, Excel

Good knowledge of a wide range of office procedures

Experience in line management of administrative staff

Experience within a customer care, healthcare or social care setting

Education

GCSEs or equivalent

NVQ Level 4 or equivalent experience
