A leading pension scheme provider is seeking a Team Assistant to provide administrative support to senior management and ensure smooth operations within the Scheme Operation department. This role involves managing team trackers, organizing logistics for meetings, and maintaining confidentiality. Ideal candidates will possess strong administrative skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The role supports hybrid working arrangements, reflecting a commitment to flexibility and employee development.
We’re looking for a Team Assistant to support the Scheme Operation department within Nest. The Team Assistant will work closely with colleagues across the department as well as with other teams at Nest to ensure key meetings and milestones are met and smooth administration of Nest processes. Working to the line management of the Director of Scheme Operations, the Team Assistant will also support the Programme Director as well as the Director of Scheme Administration. It’s a busy time for the Department. This is an exciting role for someone looking to support a wide range of activities. The function is compiled of 3 areas who work closely together and focus on distinct activities. These are Scheme Administration Processes, Service Delivery, and Scheme Change.
