Job Overview

The Sussex Community Rehabilitation Pathway offers both short- and long-term community-based rehabilitation of individuals with severe and enduring mental health difficulties. The service focuses on improving quality of life, social inclusion, and meaningful recovery through a whole-systems, person-centred approach grounded in NICE guidance. Flexible working hours and hybrid working at home or in the office are available.

Team Administrator Position

We’re seeking an experienced Team Administrator to oversee the day-to-day running of our administrative function for a 22.5‑hour (3 days per week) post. In this key role you will manage office systems, support doctors and other staff in a PA role, handle data and reporting, document meetings, and ensure smooth communication within the team. You will act as a central point of contact, supporting the clinical team and helping to deliver high‑quality, client-focused care.

Qualifications & Experience
  • NVQ 3 in Business & Administration or equivalent practical experience.
  • RSA 3 or equivalent experience and further practical experience.
  • Good standard of secondary education; GCSE at Grade C or above.
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills.
  • Experience managing office systems and supervising others.
  • Experience of producing documents to a high standard of presentation with good accuracy.
  • Experience of maintaining office systems and generating own correspondence.
  • Experience of working as part of a team.
