Overview

Are you an enthusiastic and organised individual looking to make a difference in a supportive team environment? Our client, a leader in the Utilities Industry, is seeking a dedicated Team Admin Assistant to provide vital administrative support to their team. Start date: September 2025. Duration: 3 months – with possible extension. Location: Grantham NG31. Pay Rate: £16.90 per hour. Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00–16:00. All onsite.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing administrative support to the team, including managing schedules and organising meetings
  • Handling correspondence and responding to inquiries with a cheerful demeanour
  • Maintaining records and filing systems to ensure efficient access to information
  • Assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations
  • Coordinating team events and activities to foster a positive team atmosphere
  • Performing other administrative duties as assigned to keep the team on track
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within a team environment
