Pay: £89 - £120 per day (role & experience dependent)
Start Date: ASAP and January, Ongoing

Join Our Team Supporting Local Schools in Rugeley.

We are recruiting General Classroom Teaching Assistants and Cover Supervisors to work across a variety of primary and secondary schools in the Rugeley area. These roles are ideal for individuals who are confident, adaptable, and passionate about helping students succeed.

Whether you are experienced in education or coming from a background such as coaching, childcare, youth work or customer‑facing roles, we would love to hear from you.

Roles Available

General Classroom Teaching Assistants

• Supporting learning across the classroom
• Working with pupils 1:1 or in small groups

Cover Supervisors

• Delivering pre‑planned lessons in the teacher’s absence
• Managing behaviour and keeping students engaged
