Join Our Team as a Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant!

We are looking for enthusiastic and committed individuals to join schools across the UK as SEN Teaching Assistants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-on-one and small group support to children with a range of special educational needs.
  • Assist with the implementation of tailored learning plans and strategies.
  • Foster a supportive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
  • Help students build confidence, independence, and social skills.
  • Work closely with class teachers, SENCOs, and other professionals to monitor and track student progress.
What We're Looking For:
  • A genuine passion for supporting children with special educational needs.
  • Strong communication skills, patience, and empathy.
  • Ability to adapt to the diverse needs of students and contribute to a positive school atmosphere.
  • Prior experience in a similar role or a relevant qualification (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant certification or equivalent) is an advantage, but not essential.
  • A team player who works well with others to achieve the best outcomes for students.
