Salary: £3.60 to £14.60 per hour (dependent on experience)

About the Role:
  • Supporting class teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons

  • Working with small groups or 1:1 with pupils who need additional support

  • Helping to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment

  • Assisting with behaviour management and pastoral care

  • Supporting children across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 depending on experience and preference

The Ideal Candidate:
  • Previous experience working with children (school-based or in other settings)

  • A genuine passion for education and helping children thrive

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Adaptable, reliable, and proactive in your approach

  • A valid DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)

Desirable (but not essential):
  • CACHE Level 2/3 qualification in Supporting Teaching & Learning

  • Experience with SEND (Autism, ADHD, SEMH)

  • Interest in progressing into teaching or SEN roles
