This is a fabulous opportunity to join an established SEN setting and make a difference to the educational experience of local children. This position is required on a permanent basis, 40hrs a week, term time only. The school are looking for experienced Teaching Assistants with either personal or professional SEN experience.

Responsibilities
  • Work in small classes, either on a 1:1 basis with a student or running small group sessions.
  • Support learners in a variety of needs, including Autism, ADHD, and communication difficulties, in a bright and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Collaborate with the established Teaching and Senior Leadership team and specialists across the school to support learners.
  • Provide supportive and engaging learning experiences aligned with individual needs.
