Teaching Assistant (Level 3)

Salary: Grade 5 SCP:12-17 (£19,031-£20,644)

28.5 hrs per week (Term time only)

Temporary contract (as soon as possible-31/03/27)

We wish to appoint a Teaching Assistant to join our successful team. The role will be to support teaching & learning in Key Stage 2. You will be expected to support groups of pupils, including those with SEND, and deliver interventions.

Lower Farm is a nurturing and continually improving school with a pupil centred focus.

It is essential that you have a secure knowledge of child development and good Maths and English skills. Experience of working with pupils in this age group is also essential. Training in Forest Schools and/or Attachment would be advantageous.

The school is committed to Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all pupils and expect all staff to share this commitment. The appointment will depend on a successful enhanced DBS clearance, two suitable references and an online search.
